Hi, I'm Scott Kraus. Prior to joining Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, I was an Assistant Prosecutor in Union County for 27 and a half years. During my tenure as a prosecutor, I've handled all facets of criminal investigations, including domestic violence, juvenile cases, burglaries, robberies, sexual assault, aggravated assault, and all narcotics offenses. During the final 18 years of my career, I focused on mid- to upper-level narcotics investigations, whether it encompassed marijuana, cocaine, or heroin. Also during that time, I became very proficient in the wiretapping statute of New Jersey, and if you are charged with a criminal offense including narcotics, I'm sure I could help you contact our office today.
