Vincent began his career in Office Administration in 2001,having spent the better part of twenty years in retail and commercial Banking Operations and Management. Before joining the firm of Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, his career path led him to the streets of Camden, New Jersey as the Office Administrator for Camden’s Special Services District. Vincent’s team was on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure the City of Camden was managed, maintained, and properly cared for.
When he is not working 9-5, Vincent (known as Vinny by friends and family) moonlights as a musician, playing multiple instruments in a variety of bands. His forte is rock ‘n roll, but don’t be surprised to see him jam on some funk, blues, R&B, reggae, and even hip hop! From rocking alongside Hollywood stars on the streets of New York City, to lighting up dance halls at European Music Festivals, Vinny has had the privilege of performing on stages across the US and internationally, as his band LOUD LOVE recently toured the United Kingdom for the first time in the Summer of 2026!
Above all else, Vinny is a proud family man. He and his spouse reside in southern New Jersey with four of their five children (the oldest is now on her own!) and their two feline fur babies, Kylo and Tiny (aka Megatron). Trips to the Jersey Shore, Sunday family dinners, and spontaneous cross-country adventures are always on the agenda to ensure Vinny is ready with a smile, a positive mindset, and a helping hand for all of his clients and co-workers.
