Donna Lee Vitale earned her undergraduate degree from Stockton State College in 1983. After spending several years at home with her family, she returned to school and completed her law degree from Rutgers University, Newark, in 1995.

Donna Lee retired from the City of Camden as an Assistant City Attorney assigned to Municipal Prosecutions in March of 2023. While serving as a Municipal Prosecutor for the City of Camden, she was appointed to the Alcoholic Beverage Board and served as ABC Counsel from 2019-2023. Donna Lee served as a Municipal Prosecutor in Mays Landing, Hamilton Township, from 2013-2016 and in Burlington Township from 2002-2013.

Donna Lee was admitted to the New Jersey State and Federal Courts in 1995. 

In her free time, Donna Lee likes to travel and especially enjoys snorkeling.
