Ms. Schneider obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Marymount University and was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau National Nursing Honor Society.  She earned a Juris Doctorate With Distinction from University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law.  Ms. Schneider’s academic achievements include Editor and Comment Writer for the Law Review Journal and the Corpus Juris Secundum Award for Academic Excellence as well as the American Jurisprudence Award in Criminal Procedure.  Ms. Schneider also achieved membership in the Traynor Honor Society and was elected to National Moot Court Honors Board.

Professional Experience

Prior to graduating from law school, Ms. Schneider was a critical intensive care nurse in large metropolitan hospitals in D.C., New Jersey and California.  She began her law career in 1987 at Rawle & Henderson, a large law firm in Philadelphia and New Jersey recognized by the American Bar Association as the oldest law firm in continuous practice in the United States.  Ms. Schneider was Of Counsel at other law firms practicing in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and a sole practitioner while raising a family, before joining the law firm of Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, P.A.  Ms. Schneider has experience handling the following types of cases:  insurance defense, commercial property and casualty, professional liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, environmental litigation, product liability, health care law, estate litigation, construction, toxic tort, mortgage lender liability and corporate law and governance.  Ms. Schneider is also appointed as an Arbitrator for the New Jersey Superior Court.

Admitted to Practice

Ms. Schneider is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.  She has been practicing law since 1987.
