After 25 years of legal practice, Ed is delighted to join the firm of Helmer, Conley and Kasselman, where he has both old and new friends.
Edward R. Wiercinski, Esquire is licensed to practice in all New Jersey State Courts, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and the U.S. Supreme Court. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in Baltimore, Maryland and his undergraduate degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Ed has over 25 years of experience practicing Law, a profession that is consistent with his passion for helping people, improving difficult situations and giving his clients a brighter future.
Ed believes that the relationship a client forms with an attorney, when that client is faced with a situation that requires not only the skill of a litigator but also compassion and understanding, can and does make a difficult legal matter much easier to handle by the client. Ed’s approach has been honed by many years handling emotionally difficult and financially stressful situations and his empathetic handling of clients’ sensitive, emotional and many times life altering legal matters has led his former clients to frequently refer others who could benefit from Ed’s services.
Ed handles bankruptcy cases. You might need this help if you are overwhelmed by debt, fear the telephone when it rings, cannot open your mail without fearing further law suits and threats for collection, wage executions, threats to repossess your car, and/or notice of pending foreclosure on your home, You want a bankruptcy attorney who will protect your rights and allow you to once again feel as if the overwhelming burden of debt has been taken off your shoulders.
Ed’s compassion for people in difficult situations has also led him to develop a practice in the complex and emotionally challenging area of Family Law. He works hard to understand the family dynamics and find a workable solution for everyone involved. He has extensive experience with high asset clients and a well-developed network of appropriate consultants to facilitate resolutions of these frequently complex financial situations.
Ed has always been a people person and, in his free time, he is a devoted husband and father. He enjoys volunteering for local and national charities including his charity work as a Mason and Shriner. He spends time training his son in Martial Arts, restoring Muscle cars and spending time on the beach. He promises to supply good pictures for the enjoyment of his new HCK family and friends.
