Academics:
Mr. Witcher earned his undergraduate degree from Kean College of New Jersey and earned his
law degree from Rutgers University School of Law at Camden.
Professional Experience:
Mr. Witcher previously served as the Supervising Narcotics Assistant Prosecutor with the Salem County
Prosecutor's Office where he was involved in several major wiretap investigations and numerous complex
narcotics cases and obtained significant trial experience. Additionally he has taught courses for various
Salem County Law Enforcement training programs in areas such as search and seizure, police testimony,
wiretap minimization and police report writing. Mr. Witcher has received vast training through the Top
Gun Narcotics Training Program, New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education,
and The National College of District Attorneys.

- Citations from the Salem and Cumberland County Boards of Chosen Freeholders
- The Government Leadership Award from Calvary Community Development Corporation
Mr. Witcher was also selected as one of SJ Magazine's Best Attorneys for 2008.
