Employment-based immigration
Employment-Based Immigration is currently an area that is changing. In most categories, priority dates are not current. Using such visas is not an option at this point. We hope that Congress will act soon to remedy this troubling situation. If you are wondering if you are eligible for such a visa, we can help.
Individuals should also be on guard against lawyers or notarios who promise an “easy” green card from employment. Generally, such a path is not available at this time unless an individual qualifies based on past events in the individual’s immigration history.
