Scott C. Elwell
Academics: Mr. Elwell earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude, and earned his law degree from Temple University. He also earned an M.A. in South Asian Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
Professional Experience: Mr. Elwell joined Helmer, Paul, Conley, & Kasselman, PA in October 2006. Prior to October 2006, Mr. Elwell worked as an immigration attorney in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Elwell has handled numerous complex immigration cases, and has enjoyed a great working relationship with myriad immigrant communities in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Mr. Elwell has spoken at immigrant-sponsored events at churches, mosques, and synagogues. Additionally, Mr. Elwell has provided lectures on immigration law for attorneys who are members of bar associations in many counties in New Jersey.
