Linda M. Goff

Academics: Ms. Goff earned her undergraduate degree, with highest honors, from Stockton State College and earned her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law at Camden.

Professional Experience: Ms. Goff was previously employed with O'Brien, Belland & Bushinsky, where she served the legal needs of several unions and their memberships participating in prepaid legal services plans. Prior, she was employed with South Jersey Legal Services in Camden and Atlantic City where she served the legal needs of persons of low income, providing legal representation in family matters with issues of domestic violence. Upon graduating from Rutgers Law School, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John G. Himmelberger, Jr. (Ret.). Ms. Goff is highly skilled in the areas of family law and municipal court matters, having honed her skills by way of a high-paced practice of court appearances involving motion and trial matters. Ms. Goff has argued before the New Jersey Appellate Court. She also served as co-counsel in a matter argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court. She presently serves on the Matrimonial Early Settlement Panels of the Atlantic County and Cape May County Family Courts.

Ms. Goff is a trained mediator having completed the Superior Court training program and trained to mediate family matters including economic issues, child custody support and parenting time issues. She is available to mediate matters between spouses who are seeking to avoid expensive ongoing litigation costs.
