John T. Wynne, Jr.

Academics:    Mr. Wynne received his undergraduate degree from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York and earned his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law in Jamaica, New York.

Professional Experience:  Mr. Wynne has over 30 years of experience working in the criminal justice system.  He began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Queens County, New York, where he tried homicide, arson, robbery and other felony cases.  After moving to New Jersey in 1980, Mr. Wynne worked as a Deputy Attorney General (DAG) in the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice for 12 years, until 1992. As a DAG, Mr. Wynne prosecuted White Collar Crimes, including insurance fraud and labor law violations.  In 1992 Mr. Wynne became a Senior Associate in the law firm of Moss and Powers, P.C. concentrating on insurance defense cases.  Mr. Wynne joined the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office in 1994 and worked as a trial attorney and Deputy Chief until his retirement at the end of 2009. 

Admitted to Practice:  Mr. Wynne is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania and has practiced law since 1974.
