Description
The Constitution gives an individual the right to appeal any conviction or sentence received. Many convictions and/or sentences are reversed on appeal;
however, you may have limited time in which to file an appeal.
Criminal Appeals

- excluding evidence favorable to a defendant

Generally no since you should hire an outside lawyer who will review the trial records for all mistakes,
including those made by the original trial attorney.

It depends. The length of the trial and complexity of the issues are important factors in determining fees.
